この製品は熟成綿を吊編み機でインレイ編みされたフレンチテリーTシャツ(カットソー)です。

素材はコットン100%のインレイ編みフレンチテリー(裏毛スウェット/トレーナー)生地です。綿には、30-50日間、温度と湿度を管理された環境でゆっくりと熟成させることにより、圧縮された綿の繊維が元のふっくらとした状態に戻されたものが使用されています。その綿から紡績された特殊な糸を使用し、和歌山の吊り編み機で丁寧に編み上げています。通常、1時間に1mほどしか編むことができないとされ、手間のかかる吊編み機ですが、この糸の特徴を活かしたままハイゲージでインレイ編みを行う場合、1時間に48cmほどしか編みたてることができません。この手間のかかる製法は非効率で量産が難しいですが、代わりに得られるのは柔らかくしっとりした肌触りと、天竺編みよりも厚みがあり伸びにくい質感です。その吊編み機で編立てた生地を使用して、サイドシームボディ(横割り)仕様でTシャツに仕立てられています。

この生地は、スウェットシャツのように裏側(肌に当たる側)がタオルのようなループ状になっています。一般的なTシャツ素材よりも厚みがあり、一般的なスウェットシャツより薄手で、Tシャツとスウェットシャツの中間くらいの生地の厚みです。通気性が良く、やわらかい快適な着心地を併せ持った生地です。

デザインはシンプルなTシャツデザインで、丸首、セットインスリーブ、サイドシームボディ(横割り)仕様です。

ネックリブ(襟周り)は着用を繰り返しても伸びにくい特徴を持つ、耐久性に優れたバインダーネック2本針仕様です。

袖口と裾は2本針縫製です。
